Clint Carter Hall of Fame Member Minooka

Clint Carter started running in 1981 and racing in 1985. He has been a member of the Prairie State Road Runners for 20 years, an officer for 15 years and has volunteered within the club compiling circuit standings, writing newsletter articles, and doing registration at races.

He has run in 906 races, including 9 marathons. His PRs includes the 1-mile at 5:31 in 1992, the 5k at 18:10 in 1993, the 25K at 1:57:16 in 1997 and the marathon at 3:50 in 1990. Clint was Male Master of the year in 2000 and 2003 and Male Runner of the Year in 2004. His future goals are to stay fast enough to win an age group award every now-and-then, qualify for Boston, and complete a 50-mile race in time allowed.
